Tenzing is always creating new ideas and proposals which we present to clients with whom we have a long relationship. It is also usual for Tenzing to be contacted by new potential clients because someone has recommended us.

Sometimes a property owner wants to change the relationship between direct and indirect ownership. Or, it may relate to the size of the holding. Or, where the geographical focus should be. Our role in such projects is to act as advisor. This entails recommending the solutions and transactions which best satisfy the clients’ wishes. And, at the same time, ensure the highest possible value of the assets.

Many projects are complex which means it is difficult to create an overall picture. This is where we come in. Using our various specialist skills, we lead the in-depth investigations of a target company which are necessary in order for a deal to happen. The work normally involves a large number of contacts with consultants within various fields, such as, environment, accounting, and tax. Good communication means that a deal can be carried out smoothly.

Of course, the projects we undertake vary in size and scope. However, the projects often involve a property value of more than SEK 200 million. The properties are usually located in Sweden, Norway or Finland.
